The Library module addresses all library needs and procedures. It provides for issuance and return of book from student as well as staff, barcode, managing reservation for books , use of Dewey decimal system, use of rule master for book groups, restriction by class on issuance of book, dues, maximum, minimum, issued books, generate and maintain book catalogues. Various report are available to represent the information.

Library package can be installed either as a separate stand alone module, Some of other modules like Department Modules, Student Module , Teacher/Staff Module, Subject Module, Supplier Module have to be installed along with the Library Module.

The System is designing to be very user friendly with help options at stages viz. data entry, Data Modification and view/ print or other query options. All matters concerning library are covered in the package. In special cases it would be possible to provide some more customized reports.

All Reports and query option results can be either viewed on the screen or hard outs can be taken for the same . Selected reports can be taken on text file format or database format.
